The City of Spearfish utilized the services of Ballard*King Associates to develop a community assessment and cost analysis for a new City Recreation Center and Waterpark. Ohlson Lavoie Collaborative and Ballard* King collaborated to initiate the process with meetings, community interviews, committee and council meetings to ensure that our community was ready and that we knew what we should anticipate for our future venture. Their partnership and approach led to the success of our community members needs being captured and addressed.
