The project team was tasked with developing multiple design options with operational figures for each. Designs ranged from a simple indoor and outdoor leisure pool to a National caliber competitive aquatic venue.
In addition to being the lead firm on the project B*K's scope of services included: project overview, market analysis, public outreach, facility components, operations assessment, partnerships and project funding assessment.
