Ballard*King & Associates provided the operations planning and community assessment for expansion and rennovation of the recreation center originally built in 1991.
From January-March 2010 B*K held a management contract with the Breckenridge Recreation Department. During this time frame B*K provided management services in the aquatics portion of the recreation facility. Specific tasks B*K preformed as part of this contract were; revision of their lifeguard manual, revision and standardization of their in-service training program, development of on-stand lifeguard audit protocols, revision of aquatic accident/incident reports, development of zones of coverage to include illustrations and rotation schedules, review and revise standard operating procedures and administration of an Aquatics 101 Training to full-time staff.
