As part of a larger local project team, B*K completed the preliminary planning for the development of an 80 acre sports complex that includes baseball and softball fields, a tournament quality tennis complex and other outdoor recreation components. The project team developed a schematic design for the complex, assessing the need for various components and completed an operations assessment for the facility.

The Farmington Sports Complex includes: 8 baseball fields, 8 tennis courts, batting cages, open lawn area, basketball courts, sand volleyball court, concession space, playground area, horseshoes, hiking trail, maintenance and restrooms.
