The Howard Suamico Storm Breakers are located in Green Bay, WI and have contracted B*K to complete a feasibility study for an indoor aquatic facility. A private developer in the Green Bay area has developed a facility with a variety of different components; office space, medical services and health care services. In addition they want to incorporate a significant aquatic center.

The feasibility study that B*K has been hired to complete is in 2 phases. The first phase includes a comprehensive demographic analysis, public participation and review of existing information that has already been created. Based upon the results of phase 1, B*K may then move forward with a programming exercise and development of a comprehensive operational plan.
