The Jim Parsley Community Center was built by the Vancouver School District and houses several organizations working together to assist families and children. The recreation center offers fitness and wellness programs as well as a free clinic. The recreation center amenities include a swimming pool, a climbing wall, classrooms and a cafe.
Ballard*King & Associates conducted the feasibility study including the market analysis and operations pro-forma for this recreation facility.
