The Village of Key Biscayne is located on an island off the Miami coast. The Key Biscayne Community Center was designed to meet the needs of the residents and to provide “quality of life” opportunities for positive recreational experiences consistent with their mission. Included in the center are the following amenities: aquatics, indoor playground, computer lab, fitness room and gymnasium.
B*K provided facility programming, design review, equipment specifications, operations pro-forma development and extensive operations planning for this community center. In addition a recreation facility operations audit was conducted for the Village.
