In partnership with Water Technology and ETC, B*K worked with Martha’s Vineyard to provide a feasibility study for an aquatic center. This project was then taken over by the YMCA. They are operating the community-funded project that originated with the effort to build an indoor pool.

B*K’s scope of work for this project included a market analysis, programming, funding analysis and operations analysis. Additionally, we did a pro-forma update in 2002.
