New Port Richey has a recreation center that in previous years has been recognized as part of the Athletic Business Architectural Showcase. Despite this recognition of the structure the facility operates at a significant deficit which was the impetus of the study B*K was hired to complete.
As part of the scope of services B*K will conduct stakeholder meetings, review of goals, market analysis, focus group meetings, user fee and operation analysis and implementation strategy for recommendations.
