As a self-described “unplanned retirement community” the City of Park Rapids was faced with the question of what to do to meet the demand for services in their community.
The answer was the undertaking of a community center feasibility study in which B*K provided the following services: citizen input, stakeholder meetings, market analysis, and program statement.
