The Salvation Army’s Ray & Joan Kroc Corp Community Center Chicago when complete will cost 109.8 million. This 220,000 SF state of the art facility will sit on 33 acres and house ministry, community and social service facilities. The proposed amenities include gymnasium, aquatic center, fitness center, climbing wall, tennis courts, outdoor stadium, golf facilities, running track, computer room and classroom spaces as well as an outdoor amphitheater and performing arts center.
