The Kerrville Salvation Army was the first in Texas for Kroc endowment approval. The 47,000 square foot Kroc Center will include a chapel, natatorium, fitness room, classroom spaces and administrative offices. In addition to the indoor center, the complex will include an outdoor aquatic center with family leisure pool, lap pool as well as four baseball fields. All plans for the center were designed following a community survey that helped to identify the needs of the community.
Ballard*King & Associates is currently working with the Kerrville Salvation Army on the RJKCCC providing market analysis, programming, community meetings, development of detailed operations projections, as well as an operations and revenue plan.
