The Student Recreation Center at the University of Arizona houses and outdoor 50M x 25Y pool. This facility along with the full-time staff were the focus of the contract.
As part of our scope of services BK was asked to look at the following areas of operations; staffing both full-time and part-time, programming, risk management as a whole, lifeguard professionalism, zones of coverage, in-service program and implementation, day-to-day operational procedures, chemical handling and monitoring, preventative maintenance, and all other facets included in the operation of a comprehensive aquatic operation.
After examining all of these areas BK was asked to provide recommendations for implementation.
