• Lucas County Health Center Addition Study Chariton, IA

  B*K was hired by the Lucas County Health Center to conduct a feasibility study regarding the possible joint development of a wellness/physical therapy wing to the center with a public recreation center for the community. This study involved an analysis of the recreation and medical markets, a determination of need for both services, the development of the required program spaces to meet both the recreation and medical market and a projection of operating expenses and potential revenues for the center (for both the medical side and recreation portion of the center).
