Farmington Sports ComplexFarmington, NM
As part of a larger local project team, B*K completed the preliminary planning for the development of an 80 acre sports complex that includes baseball and softball fields, a tournament quality tennis complex and other outdoor recreation components.
The Farmington Sports Complex includes: baseball fields, tennis courts, batting cages, sand volleyball court, picnic shelters, play area, horseshoes, hiking trail, and restrooms.

J C Bermudez Park StudyDoral, FL
The City of Doral's JC Bermudez Park is an 81-acre park with a 21-acre lake. B*K completed a feasibility study to look at adding various components to the park. The option being considered were an 80,000 SF recreation center, outdoor aquatic center, tennis center, amphitheater and stadium.
B*K's services for this project included: market analysis, programming assistance and review, conceptual layout review, design review and operations pro-forma.
Lucas County Recreation CenterMaumee, OH
B*K in partnership with a local architectural firm, completed a plan for the redevelopment of the Lucas County Recreation Center, which is an outdoor park area that includes the old Toledo Mudhens Baseball ballpark, Lucas County Fairgrounds, an outdoor aquatics area, softball complex and other amenities. Several plans were developed that dramatically changed the components and lay-out of the park and B*K completed the programming and operations options for the facility.
