• Gamber Center Lee's Summit, MO

  The Gamber Center is a 17,500-q. ft. facility that includes a grand ballroom, 2 exercise rooms, 2 craft rooms, pool tables, computer lab, kitchen and a bistro.

• North Kansas City Community Center North Kansas City, MO

  The North Kansas City Community Center was designed to enhancing the quality of life for residents by providing wellness and recreational opportunities in a safe, clean, secure and accessible facility .

• Red Mountain Multigenerational Center Mesa, AZ

  This multigenerational center is a partnership between the City of Mesa and Mesa Seniors Inc. designed to provide a variety of recreation services to citizens of all ages.

• RiverWinds Community Center Thorofare, NJ

  The RiverWinds Community Center in the Township of West Deptford is a beautiful facility on an equally beautiful site. The facility has a myriad of amenities including an outdoor amphitheater.

• Waunakee Village Center Waunakee, WI

  The Village of Waunakee initially set out to build a senior center. Early in the process however, they realized the value of meeting the needs of all the community and with public input decided to build this multigenerational facility that is now enjoyed by patrons of all ages.

Project Studies

• Brighton Senior Center Study Brighton, CO

  B*K worked with an architect on this comprehensive feasibility study for a new senior recreation center. B*K was responsible for the market analysis portion of the study, public input and the development of an operations pro-forma for the facility. The goal of the project was to expand the vision for senior services beyond the traditional orientation of the more sedentary senior, to more actively accommodate the baby boomer generation.

• Edmond Senior Center Edmond, OK

• Everett Senior Center Assessment Everett, WA

  Ballard*King & Associates worked with the city of Everett, WA to provide a senior center assessment. The services provided include: Inventory of existing facilities, community meetings, project overview, partnerships, market analysis and needs assessment.
